Dr Phillipa Charters

MBBS, FRACGP, Dip Child Health, Registrar Trainer

Dr Phillipa Charters graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine & a Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Griffith University, Gold Coast in 2010. Her GP specialty training saw her working in hospitals and clinics on the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Brisbane before settling in Northern NSW. She particularly enjoys children’s, women’s and mental health with a focus on overall well being and positive preventative measures. Since achieving specialist qualifications in General Practice and being admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Dr Philly has continued to upskill and is now a Supervisor and Registrar trainer for the new generation of young doctors.

She has an additional diploma in Children’s Health from the University of NSW. When not seeing patients Philippa enjoys the chaos of being with her 4 young children and feels content with a coffee, her horses or a day at the beach.
