Dr Doug Warne has been working at King Street Medical Centre for 20 years and been Supervisor of training for 17 . He has recently taken on the role of Managing Partner. Doug graduated from Newcastle University with Honours in 1991, is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine, and has further attained his Diploma of Paediatrics and Diploma Of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Her further training was carried out at St George Hospital, Kogarah, The Sydney Hospital and Tamworth Base Hospital. Her rural upbringing gave her the desire to return home to this area where she is now in practice at King Street Medical Centre.
