Billing Policy
As of 30th September 2024
Our aim is to provide the highest quality medical care for our patients for all levels of their health. We are a mixed billing clinic offering a wide range of services with both male and female GPs. See below for which fees apply to you.
Private Fees
If the below applies to you:
- 16 years and above with no Centrelink pension card or health care card.
Discount Fees
If the below applies to you:
- 16 and above with a valid Centrelink pension card or health care card
- 16 and above with a valid Student ID
Bulk-Billing
If the below applies to you:
- 15 years and under
- DVA gold card holders
- DVA white card holders with relevant conditions
Standard Consult
Private Fee – $85.00
Discount Fee – $75.00
Medicare rebate – $42.85
Prolonged Consult
Private Fee – $175.00
Discount Fee – $165.00
Medicare Rebate – $122.15
Long Consult
Private Fee – $130.00
Discount Fee – $115.00

New Patients
All new patients are booked for a long consult in order to gather past medical history and allow sufficient consulting time. If you fee a long consult is not required, please discuss with reception.
Telehealth Consultations
To be eligible for telehealth consults you must have seen a GP in the practice within the last 12 months. These are charged per our normal private fee structure and are booked as a standard consultation.
Prescription Renewals
Our doctors can offer online repeat prescriptions for their own patients through hotdoc, this is a non rebateable service and costs $35.00

The below fees apply to patients.
Biopsies and Excisions
The GP will explain costs related to your required excision. Fees will vary depending on the complexity of the excision, out of pocket costs generally range between $50 and $200.
ECG (Heart Function Test)
$40 + $90 Consult Fee (Medicare rebate $60.70)
Dressings and Wound Care
For regular wound care a fee of $10-$30 may be applicable.
Spirometry (Lung Function Test)
