Dr Madelyn Van Der Leeden

King St Medical Centre is excited to welcome Dr Madelyn Van Der Leeden in 2025!

Madelyn completed her medical degree at The University of Sydney in 2016 and gained diverse experience at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, particularly in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. In 2019, she returned to Tweed Hospital to complete a Diploma with the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and worked as a Paediatric Registrar.

Passionate about women’s and children’s health, Madelyn is particularly well versed in pre-conception counselling, infertility, early pregnancy loss, pregnancy care, and contraception.

Having grown up in Federal and attended school in the northern rivers, Madelyn understands the unique health needs of the community. She collaborates with allied health practitioners to take a holistic approach to preventing illness and promoting wellness.
